为沟通创造有利环境
1选择适当的时机。有句老话说,天时地利人和,每件事情都有其发生的正确时间与地点,交流沟通也是如此。
避免把沉重的课题(如财政或每周计划)留到最后或傍晚才讨论。在每个人最疲劳的时候,很少有人能兴奋激动地解决主要问题。反之,请在人最清醒、空闲、能做出清晰回应的时候(通常是早晨或下午)讨论这些重要课题。

在发生冲突时进行有效沟通
1让彼此处于平等的位置上。切勿站着或居高临下地望着另一方。否则会产生权利斗争,把冲突推向另一层面。如果他们坐着,你也应该和他们一同坐着。
2聆听另一方。让他们说出自己的感觉。等到他们说完话了你才开始为自己说话。
3以平静的声音说话。切勿叫喊或指责另一方。让他们知道你把他们的观点听进去了,并理解他们的处境。
4切勿不惜任何代价只求结束争吵。如果另一方踏出房间,不要跟随他们。随他们去,当他们冷静下来并且愿意交谈时允许他们回来。

1、收益法

采用假设开发法时,应根据最有效利用原则确定海域用途,再结合海域的规模、开发难易程度等情况合理估算开发建设周期,并假设在开发周期内各项成本均匀投入或分阶段均匀投入。
4、市场比较法
在海域市场较发达、海域交易实例充足的地区,可采用市场比较法评估海域价格,即根据市场替代原理,将评估对象与具有替代性且在近期市场上已发生交易的实例做比较,根据两者之间的价格影响因素差异,在交易实例成交价格的基础上做适当修正,以此来确定海域价格。

嗅鱼鳃

摸鱼体

观鱼形
污染重的鱼,形态异常,有的头大尾小,脊椎弯曲甚至出现畸形,还有的表皮发黄、尾部发青。

饱满凸出、角膜透明清亮的是新鲜鱼;眼球不凸出,眼角膜起皱或眼内有淤血的则不新鲜。
掐鱼肉
